Superbet has hired former LeoVegas global SEM lead Vedran Karaman as its new global performance marketing director.

Karaman began his igaming career at BetVictor in 2017 as a PPC manager before being promoted to head of digital acquisition.

That was followed by a spell at Malta-based affiliate firm Raketech as head of paid marketing, until he joined LeoVegas in May 2020.
The Croat started his new role on 24 August and is based in Zagreb. He will be responsible for all performance activities from media buying to conversion optimisation and app management.
“Superbet is on a big expansion and I’m more than excited to be part of this story and also to return home after six years abroad,” Karaman told EGR.
Superbet acquired Zagreb-based technology firm Axilis for an undisclosed sum in 2019.
