
STS posts record NGR for third quarter after 21% year on year rise
Polish operator posts increases across total stakes, active accounts and new players during reporting period


STS Group has announced record net gaming revenue (NGR) for Q3 2022 after achieving a 20.9% year-on-year (YoY) increase for the quarter.
The Polish operator posted NGR of PLN162m (£29.3m) for the reporting period, up from the PLN134m posted in Q3 2021.
STS also reported upticks across total stakes, first-time depositing players, new player registrations and active users.
Total stakes increased from PLN1.05bn to PLN1.1bn during the three months while new registration leapt 22.7% YoY from 66,000 to 81,000.
Active users climbed from 366,000 to 368,000 and the number of players stumping up a first-time deposit rose from 45,000 to 57,000.
Elsewhere, the operator confirmed its H1 results which saw the group generate consolidated revenue of PLN263m with adjusted EBITDA amounting to PLN117m.
Group net profit for the first six months of the year came in at PLN62m.
STS also confirmed it had no outstanding external debts or bank obligations. As of 30 June, its reserve capital stood at PLN238m, including PLN198m of financial resources and their equivalents and PLN40m of unused credit lines.
Looking ahead to the rest of 2022, STS CEO Mateusz Juroszek said: “The last months of this year will be extremely intense for us, among others due to the World Cup in Qatar and the league schedule adjusted to the World Cup.
“It is worth noting that from October to December, extremely popular tournaments and leagues other than football are also held. We note high activity of players, which should positively translate into Q4 2022 results,” he added.
