STS extends sponsorship with Counter-Strike star
Rapidly expanding operator capitalising on popularity of esports in Poland

Polish bookmaking giant STS has extended its sponsorship deal with respected CS:GO player Paweł “innocent” Mocek.
The agreement will run for the upcoming year and is part of STS’s strategy to bolster its presence in the world of competitive gaming.
Mocek, who STS began sponsoring in January 2018, recently joined the esports team Illuminar Gaming where he won the Games Clash Masters in Gdynia, the autumn edition of the ESL Polish Championship.
STS also sponsors x-kom AGO, one of Poland’s leading CS:GO teams, and provides support to Damian “Nervarien” Ziaja, a popular influencer for League of Legends in the country.
Mateusz Juroszek, CEO of STS, said: “Esports entered the top 10 of the most frequent bets made by our punters, and it is still growing in popularity. This is the reason why we invest in increasing our recognition among esports fans.
“We are constantly developing our offer to meet the expectations of our punters, [such as] by sponsoring popular teams, players and events,” he added.
In November, STS made its debut in 2019’s EGR Power 50, securing 27th spot in the prestigious rankings
As well as extending its reach beyond Poland into markets such as Germany, Norway and the UK, STS recently signed former Manchester United goalkeeper Peter Schmeichel as a global brand ambassador.
