Stakelogic promotes from within for new chief commercial officer
Dejan Loncar moves up to the C-suite after two years with the live casino supplier as he replaces former commercial chief Olga Bajela

Stakelogic has appointed Dejan Loncar as the company’s new chief commercial officer (CCO) as the supplier prepares to be acquired by Sega Sammy.
Loncar takes over the role vacated by Olga Bajela, who had served as the live casino supplier’s CCO since April 2021.
The new COO first joined Stakelogic in December 2022 as head of global operations, before taking on the role of head of live casino from September 2023 to March 2024.
Prior to joining Stakelogic, Loncar worked in commercial and business development roles at live casino firm OnAir Entertainment from October 2021 until November 2022.
Before a short stint as an account manager at Hacksaw Gaming from February to August 2021, Loncar spent time at NetEnt from August 2019 until December 2020, working as a senior team manager and then as a technical partner.
He also held various roles at Evolution from January 2017 to August 2019, including game presenter, floor operations supervisor and team manager.
A Stakelogic statement read: “With a decade of extensive commercial and operational experience at industry leaders such as NetEnt, Hacksaw, Evolution and OnAir [Entertainment], Dejan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role.
“He will be based in our Malta office, where the sales organisation is based. We would also like to extend our gratitude to Olga Bajela for her contributions to Stakelogic over the past years, and we wish her all the best in her future endeavours.”
Back in July, Japanese entertainment firm Sega Sammy announced its impending acquisition of Stakelogic in a €130m deal, which is expected to complete by Q2 2025.
The agreement will see Sega Sammy Creation acquire 100% of Stakelogic’s equity shares, with undisclosed earnout payments linked to particular performance measures hit by the supplier.
