
Sportsbet.io scores partnership with La Liga
Yolo Group’s sports betting brand to offer Spanish football fans exclusive offers and innovative experiences to as part of the strategic alliance

Sportsbet.io has secured a strategic partnership with Spanish football’s top division, La Liga, as the crypto-first operator continues to flex its marketing muscles.
The Yolo Group brand will serve as the league’s official partner for the Middle East North Africa and Turkey (MENAT) region, and will focus on delivering “innovative experiences” to fans as part of its activation plans.
In addition, Sportsbet.io will work with La Liga to enhance the fan experience through various methods, including exclusive offers, prizes and content.
The deal will also see Sportsbet.io branding feature on LED advertising during key La Liga matches this season, while the brand is also set to work with influencers in MENAT to amplify the partnership.
La Liga will add Sportsbet.io to its existing stable of gambling partners, which includes international sponsor Luckia and African partner SportyBet.

The partnership is the latest that the firm has secured in football, with Sportsbet.io currently the official betting partner of EFL Championship side Hull City.
Last season, the Yolo Group brand signed a multi-year deal with Premier League outfit Newcastle United.
Sportsbet.io had previously been a front-of-shirt sponsor for Southampton, first on a one-year deal in 2020 before it was extended for a further three years in April 2021.
Recently, Yolo Group promoted Piret Ploom to director of people and workplace, with Ploom initially joining Sportsbet.io in October 2020 as a people partner across the group’s tech, product, B2C and B2B arms.
