Yolo Group brand takes home top title as Kaizen Gaming nets hat-trick across sportsbook, personalised and socially responsible categories


Sportsbet.io was named brand of the year at this year’s EGR Marketing and Innovation (M&I) Awards in a star-studded night in southwest London.
The Yolo Group brand took home the top gong on the night, wresting the title from 2021 winners Sky Betting & Gaming.
Sportsbet.io has managed successful, major sponsorships with Premier League clubs such as Arsenal and Southampton over the last 12 months.
Elsewhere, Kaizen Gaming went home with their hands full on the night after netting three awards.
The operator secured the sportsbook marketing campaign, personalised marketing campaign and the socially responsible marketing campaign awards.
Evoplay and Kindred Group both nabbed two titles on the night.
Evoplay walked away with the B2B marketing campaign and supplier marketing campaign titles, while Kindred secured victories in the sportsbook innovation in responsible gambling and casino innovation in responsible gambling titles.
Greek operator Novibet also had a stellar night, after securing two awards and a highly commended in another.

The firm secured the best use of a brand ambassador and CRM campaign gongs, and a commendation in the innovation in casino category.
The EGR M&I Awards celebrates the most innovative and creative operators, affiliates and suppliers in online gaming by recognising those companies which have pushed themselves to bring something new to the industry over the last 12 months.
This year’s awards were held at the illustrious Hurlingham Club in Fulham and hosted by stand-up comedian and presenter Aurie Styla.
