Sportradar and Genius Sports Group extend NBA agreements
Data giants to continue to supply betting data to licensed US sportsbooks

Sportradar and Genius Sports Group have both extended their data rights partnerships with the National Basketball Association (NBA).
The data giants will continue to hold non-exclusive rights to distribute official NBA and WNBA betting data to sportsbook operators in the US.
To date, the NBA has authorised sports betting partnerships with more than 20 operators in the US.
The partnership will cover both the regular season and play-offs for both the NBA and WNBA, and marks the extension of the original deals signed in 2018.
Steve Byrd, Sportradar head of global strategic partnerships, said: “As legalised sports betting expands into more states and grows in popularity overall, this presents us with a tremendous opportunity to continue spearheading cutting-edge NBA feeds and betting products for operators, while redefining the customer experience for the fans.”
Mark Locke, Genius Sports Group CEO, added: “We are delighted that the NBA has chosen to extend its official data partnership with Genius Sports Group in the US. We look forward to providing official NBA data, alongside our advanced in-game NBA betting products and services, to sportsbooks across the US.”
Scott Kaufman-Ross, NBA SVP of fantasy and gaming, concluded: “The US sports betting industry has recognised the value of official data, particularly for in-play betting, and these extensions will ensure operators continue to have access to our real-time feed as sports betting develops throughout the US.”
