SOFTSWISS takes “significant stake” in German social casino firm
Supplier commits to Ously Games with undisclosed investment as pair to develop social casino-specific software as part of new relationship

SOFTSWISS has acquired a “significant stake” in German social casino operator Ously Games as the supplier looks to expand its presence in the industry.
The firm has taken the stake in the Frankfurt-based business for an undisclosed sum, with plans to collaborate on a social casino software solution as part of the investment.
Ously Games is the company behind the SpinArena.net social casino, which boasts more than 700,000 users and has self-reported more than €1m (£853,725) in turnover for 2023.
The platform holds more than 3,000 games from 40 providers and has built out a team of more than 20 employees.
Ousley Games was founded by former Greentube head Jochen Martinez in March 2020.
Ivan Montik, SOFTSWISS founder, said: “Anticipating the development of social casinos within the igaming industry, SOFTSWISS has made strategic investments to diversify its portfolio.
“Together, we aim to create a comprehensive platform for social casinos, enriching the robust ecosystem of igaming products provided by our company.”
Jochen Martinez, Ously Games founder, added: “We are delighted to forge a strategic partnership with the global technology provider SOFTSWISS.
“This alliance brings invaluable insights, innovations and profound expertise to both parties. The deal demonstrates our commitment to driving growth and mutual development.
“Collaborating with SOFTSWISS opens new horizons and ensures access to top-notch resources and support essential for thriving in the competitive igaming landscape,” he concluded.
Earlier this year, Montik spoke to EGR to commemorate SOFTSWISS’ 15th anniversary as he reflected on how he built the supplier from scratch and what the next 15 years could hold.
