Sky Bet head of product heads for exit after seven years
Satpal Ghatrora departs Flutter-owned firm after tenure interspersed by stint with The Stars Group across product teams

Sky Betting and Gaming (SBG) head of product Satpal Ghatrora has left the Leeds-based bookmaker after seven years.
Ghatrora joined the firm in June 2015 as a senior business analyst before being promoted to trading product manager in December 2016.
In November 2017, he was named lead product manager for sportsbook and then, in June 2018, was made head of product for sportsbook.
Following The Stars Group (TSG) acquisition of SBG in 2018, Ghatrora became associate director of product for the firm’s global trading arm.
Subsequently, after TSG merged with Flutter in 2020, Ghatrora returned to SBG as head of product in January 2021.
Touching on his departure, Ghatrora said: “It’s rare to find a job that doesn’t feel like work, but SBG has been exactly that.
“During my time there, I had the privilege of playing a small part in the company’s journey to becoming a market leader, which provided me with amazing opportunities for my professional and personal growth.
“There are simply too many people to thank individually, but I want to express my gratitude to all of my incredible colleagues, mentors and managers who have helped me along the way,” he added.
