SkillOnNet invests in startup games studio
PlayOJO parent company ploughs capital into Peter & Sons

SkillOnNet has invested in startup game studio Peter & Sons as it looks to support the firm’s expansion.
Peter & Sons was established in 2019 and boasts two main offices in Barcelona and the Armenian capital of Yerevan.
The studio has already produced more than 20 games and works with the likes of Relax Gaming and Yggdrasil Gaming on content aggregation partnerships.
The investment from SkillOnNet will be used by the studio to expand its headcount and accelerate its journey to become a fully independent studio.
Peter & Sons noted it would use the capital to create unique tools for operators to better deploy and control both promotions and gamification.
Mitri Wiberg, Peter & Sons co-founder, said: “This joint venture will allow us to speed up our growth and extend our fantastic and innovative games to industry-leading operators and their players.
“We are delighted to be working with SkillOnNet, whose status as a major global operator will help us to enhance the reach of our quality games to an even wider audience.”
Maor Nutkevitch, SkillOnNet SVP of corporate development, commented: “Our new partnership will allow Peter & Sons to extend its reach and allow tier-one operators to enjoy the studio’s best-performing games. We’re delighted to be working with such a rising star within the game studio community.”
