Sisal tops Italian online betting rankings for first time ever
SuperEnalotto operator brings in online GGR of €17.6m and records March online turnover of €124.8m

Sisal took top spot in the Italian online betting rankings for March after raking in monthly gross gaming revenue (GGR) of €17.6m.
The domestic SuperEnalotto operator fought off stiff competition from Playtech-owned Snaitech (€16.2m) and February winner Goldbet (€15.7m) to top the rankings for the first time since EGR began reporting the country’s monthly leaderboard back in April 2018.
Bet365 – the online market leader for almost all of 2018, 2019 and 2020 – finished fourth with GGR of €14.3m, while SKS365 (€13.5m) rounded off the top five.
Eurobet, which finished fourth in February, was the only other operator to record March GGR of more than €10m (€13.4m), some way beyond Lottomatica (€8.1m) in seventh.
Sisal enjoyed 13.3% market share as a percentage of GGR, while Snaitech and Goldbet were the only operators to earn more than 11%.
Bet365 comfortably triumphed in the online turnover rankings for March, raking in €206.3m on a margin of 6.9%, to beat closest rival Sisal (€124.8m) on a margin of 14.1%.
Bet365 obtained 18.5% market share as a percentage of online turnover last month.
Sisal announced this week it would bid for the UK National Lottery licence.
