Seven gambling companies named in Top Employers Institute’s 2024 rankings
IGT recognised in three markets while Entain and SKS365 rise to the top in Italy along with local recognition for other firms

Seven gambling firms have been named in the Top Employers Institute’s rankings for 2024 for demonstrating excellence in HR policies and strategies.
Entain, SKS365, IGT, GAMING1, OPAP, Mozzartbet and Europebet have all received recognition from the global certification organisation.
Entain, SKS365 and IGT have all been named among the top employers in Italy, with IGT also getting the nod for its efforts in the US and Canada.
GAMING1 has been recognised in its native Belgium while OPAP was commended in Greece.
Other firms to take top spots in their native countries include Mozzartbet in Serbia and Europebet in Georgia.
The Top Employers Institute’s rankings are based on proprietary HR best practice surveys, which are delivered to firms vying for a place on the coveted list.
The surveys cover six key HR themes which the Top Employers Institute categorises as: “Steer, Shape, Attract, Develop, Engage and Unite”.
Within these themes, companies are scored on people strategy, equity and inclusion, diversity and talent acquisition, among other metrics.
The 2024 edition of the group’s rankings include 2,300 companies from across the world.
Within that, 17 companies were awarded the highest possible rating of ‘Global Top Employer’.
Companies that made the list include Airbus, BAT, DHL and Puma.
Brain Dean, SKS365 chief people officer said: “The confirmation of the Top Employers certification is a significant recognition of SKS365’s ongoing commitment to promoting and developing a people-centric corporate culture.
“Being accredited again is in some ways an even greater achievement than last year, given everything on the agenda of the company in 2023. As in sports, winning is challenging, but maintaining that success is even harder,” he added.
David Plink, Top Employers Institute CEO, said: “These employers have always shown that they care for the development and wellbeing of their people.
“By doing so, they collectively enrich the world of work. We are proud to announce and celebrate this year’s group of leading people-oriented employers: the Top Employers 2024″.
