Rush Street Interactive looks to Colombia with LaLiga co-branding deal
Multi-year partnership allows for use of LaLiga IP and Colombia’s national players in brand advertising opportunities

Rush Street Interactive (RSI) has agreed a deal to become the exclusive betting partner of Spain’s LaLiga in the regulated Colombian market.
Under the terms of the deal, the RushBet sportsbook can co-brand with Spain’s top two divisions, LaLiga Santander and LaLiga Smartbank.
RSI is entitled to use all LaLiga IP, including team logos and jerseys, as well as having certain LaLiga players such as Colombia natives Radamel Falcao, Jeison Murillo and Carlos Bacca participate in RushBet promotions and advertisements.
Additionally, RushBet will also be launching new content productions for both TV and digital as part of the partnership, with RushBet gaining access to exclusive ‘money can’t buy’ hospitality packages for its customers.
RSI was granted a Colombian sports betting licence in June 2018, operating on the Kambi sports betting technology platform.
The Chicago-based operator also offers a portfolio of casino games under its Coljuegos-licence.
RSI Colombia general manager Omar Calvo welcomed the partnership and the opportunities it afforded in the Colombian market.
“We are committed to providing our players with the best content and high-quality entertainment, and this partnership is aligned with those objectives.
“LaLiga is one of the most viewed leagues in Colombia and across the globe, and we want to bring Colombians even closer to this important league.
“Integrating LaLiga media properties with Rushbet marks an exciting time for our company here in Latin America,” Calvo added.
