Rocket X appoints former BGO exec as head of gaming
Sam Leggott joins the LeoVegas-owned casino group after leaving Playzido

Rocket X has appointed former BGO head of casino Sam Leggott as its new head of gaming.
Leggott joined Rocket X on 11 February 2020, after leaving his position as director of product for London-based B2B gaming provider Playzido.
Leggott, who has worked in the online gambling industry since 2008 for brands including Kindred Group, Betclic and William Hill, will be based at Rocket X headquarters in Newcastle.
He will be responsible for managing P&L across all UK gaming brands of the combined group and will report directly into Rocket X chief executive Mark Good.
Leggott told EGR Intel: “I am delighted to be joining Rocket X and the Leo Vegas Group at such an exciting time. The business is performing really well and still has a lot of potential to unlock.
“The migration of all brands on to a single platform gives us a great foundation for further growth and I’m really excited for the future,” he added.
Earlier this month, LeoVegas posted a 3% year-on-year revenue rise to €87.1m.
