Rivalry director of product steps down after three years
Amanda Tersigni to move away from esports-focused betting operator as she confirms plans for career break before taking next steps

Rivalry director of product Amanda Tersigni has announced that she has left the firm after three years.
Tersigni originally joined the esports betting operator in December 2020 as product manager after taking on a series of product roles across Toronto.
These included positions at software development firm Achievers, as well as UpHabit and design business Pixel Tours.
She was then made senior product manager in December 2021 before stepping up to become director of product in June 2023.
Tersigni did not reveal her next move in confirming her departure from Rivalry, but she did confirm that she would be taking a brief career break before stepping into a new role.
In a post on LinkedIn, Tersigni said: “The journey at Rivalry was filled with amazing growth and challenges that helped me evolve, both personally and professionally, in ways that I never could have anticipated.
“Thank you to my team and the entire Rivalry crew. I’ll be cheering you on from the sidelines as I know the best is yet to come.”
Elsewhere, Rivalry bolstered its marketing division before the turn of the year with a double internal promotion.
Former Canada marketing director Britt Doll stepped up to become global marketing director, while Duncan Heeney was promoted from global senior marketing manager to global strategy director.
