Rhino Entertainment Group adds more ex-Hero Gaming talent to top team
Andrea Saliba reunited with David Borg and Marie Theobald following brief stint at Kindred Group

Rhino Entertainment Group has continued its hiring spree of ex-Hero Gaming talent after securing Andrea Saliba as its new global head of people and culture.
Saliba joins Rhino Entertainment after a brief stint as a HR business partner at Kindred Group.
He previously spent more than four years at Hero Gaming in the operator’s HR division.
Saliba joined the business in May 2018 as an HR business partner before being named people and culture manager in April 2020.
He was further promoted to head of people and culture in September 2021 and was appointed director of people and culture in August 2022.
Saliba is set to link up with former Hero Gaming colleagues David Borg and Marie Theobald at Rhino Entertainment.
Borg now serves as the group’s chief operating officer while Theoblad was named as chief people officer in September 2022.
Speaking on his appointment, Saliba said: “Following an eventful couple of months, I’m happy to share that I’ve started a new position as global head of people and culture at Rhino Entertainment Group.
“Thank you Rhino Team for the warm welcome. happy to be part of this team and super excited for what is in store in the coming weeks and months,” he added.
Hero Gaming underwent a streamlining process in November, which saw former CEO Patrick Jonker depart after just 10 months in the role.
Along with Jonker’s departure, the process saw around half of the group’s workforce leave, including C-level and senior staff.
