Rhino.Bet to shutter UK operations
Operator confirms it will close down its current UK-facing site on 26 March, with customers able to withdraw balances through to 26 April

Rhino.Bet will shutter its UK-facing operations tomorrow, 26 March, three years after launching its online sports betting and online casino efforts.
The operator’s website has a notice at the top of the page informing customers of the decision.
The statement reads: “We regret to inform you that Rhino.Bet will cease operations on 26 March 2025, please withdraw any remaining balance before 26 April 2025.
“Any open or ante-post bets that remain unsettled by 26 March 2025 will be voided.
“For further information or assistance, please contact [customer services]. Thank you for your understanding.”
Rhino.Bet launched in 2022 and set about differentiating itself with a host of leftfield sponsorship deals, including partnerships with grassroots and women’s football clubs.
Non-league side Dartford penned a partnership with the business, while some horseracing commercial deals were also put in place.
Those included a brand ambassador deal with jockeys Henry Brooke, Josephine Gordon and Sam James.
The firm also had a deal in place with League One side Leyton Orient, having come to an agreement at the start of the 2024-25 season.

Rhino.Bet currently operates via Playbook Gaming’s Gambling Commission licence. Playbook also runs BetZone, BresBet and Planet Sport Bet on a white-label basis.
The firm had previously operated DragonBet and Vickers Bet, although both operators have since shifted over to their own Gambling Commission licence.
Rhino.Bet was previously operating on the SharedBet licence alongside NRG. NRG now operates on the SharedBet licence alone.
However, EGR understands that SharedBet CEO Rob Jarrett-Smith is due to leave the operator for a new opportunity.
In turn, the new management team has decided to move on from Rhino.Bet to focus efforts elsewhere.
Other recent UK exits include Stake, after the operator was investigated by the Gambling Commission over its logo featuring on a video of a prominent OnlyFans actress.
The Gambling Commission has also written to Everton, with Stake serving as the Premier League club’s front-of-shirt sponsor, warning over not promoting unlicensed operators in the UK.
