Raketech CEO steps down amid differing views of business direction
Oskar Mühlbach and board of directors agree mutual split as former boss Johan Svensson drafted in as interim boss

Raketech CEO Oskar Mühlbach and the company’s board of directors have mutually agreed for the exec to step down.
The affiliate confirmed Mühlbach has stepped down due to “different views on the strategic direction of the company”.
Raketech co-founder Johan Svensson has been drafted in as interim CEO while the remote working forward firm looks for a permanent successor.
Mühlbach originally joined Raketech as a consultant in December 2018 before permanently joining the firm as COO in April 2019.
Then, in December 2019, he was named CEO.
Prior to joining Raketech, Mühlbach spent almost three years with Mr Green, firstly as COO and latterly as chief revenue officer.
Ulrik Bengtsson, Raketech chair, praised Mühlbach for his efforts in leading the business over the past four years.
Bengtsson said: “During his four years as CEO, Oskar Mühlbach has led the company through a strategic transformation and a growth journey.
“As Mühlbach and the board of directors have different views on the strategic considerations for the company going forward, we have agreed to part companies.
“The board would like to take the opportunity to thank Oskar Mühlbach as he has played an important role in the company’s success over the past four years. Thanks to his leadership, the company has a strong foundation to build upon moving forward,” he added.
