Raketech bolsters senior management team with ex-Microsoft exec
Dalia Turner joins affiliate as its new chief people officer to help aid attraction and retention of industry talent

Dalia Turner has been named Raketech’s new chief people officer, having started the role on 5 December.
Turner arrived from AI data science company Feedzai, initially joining in October 2018 as global human resources director before being named to vice-president of people in November 2019.
Prior to joining Feedzai, Turner spent over a decade with Microsoft where she held several roles including human capital development manager and HR director.
The HR expert has worked across Europe and Asia during her career and will now be based at Raketech’s Lisbon office.
The affiliate opened its new Portuguese office earlier this year to complement its existing hub in Malta.
Raketech CEO Oskar Mühlbach championed Turner’s appointment as a key moment for the affiliate.
Mühlbach said: “I’m excited to welcome Dalia to the global senior management team.
“With her extensive international experience from global tech companies, in Europe and elsewhere, she brings valuable insights, know-how, networks and strategies to Raketech.
“I’m very much looking forward to working together with Dalia to ensure Raketech stays attractive to the best talents in the industry while keeping our entrepreneurial culture.”
Raketech recently appointed ex-Betsson managing director Patrick Jonker and Marina Andersson to its board of directors following an extraordinary general meeting on 24 November.
