Raketech adds ex-Betsson managing director to board of directors
Affiliate names Patrick Jonker and investment banking veteran Marina Andersson as new board members following extraordinary general meeting

Raketech has added former Betsson managing director Patrick Jonker and investment banking expert Marina Andersson to its board of directors.
Shareholders unanimously approved the pair’s appointment at Raketech’s extraordinary general meeting held last week on 24 November.
The duo will remain on the board until Raketech’s next annual general meeting.
Jonker, who currently serves as CEO of Blixx Gaming, counts a wealth of industry experience on his CV.
Jonker had a four-and-a-half-year stint with Betsson Group as managing director from October 2014 to March 2019 in Malta.
He also spent time as CEO of Hero Gaming as well as holding the same position with Mr Green.
Andersson arrives with over 20 years of experience in investment banking and private M&A, having worked with Deloitte Sweden for just over seven years between December 2011 and January 2019 and more recently with Stillfront Group from January 2019 as head of M&A.
The duo replace Pierre Cadena, who resigned on 9 October, and Johan Svensson, who stepped down on 10 October.
Svensson will continue to serve as Raketech chief commercial officer, a role he has held since co-founding the business.
Cadena joined Catena Media on 1 November as the affiliate’s new VP of corporate strategy.
The board currently consists of Rolf Ulrik Bengtsson as chair and Erik Johan Sebastian Skarp and Clare Marie Boynton as members alongside Andersson and Jonker.
The affiliate recently posted its Q3 results which showed record revenue of €21.5m and total group revenue increase 65.8% year on year.
