QuinnBet lands Dundee United sponsorship agreement
Operator’s online casino arm to adorn front of SPFL club’s shirt for the 2022-23 season

Irish operator QuinnBet has put pen to paper on a front-of-shirt sponsorship agreement with Scottish football club Dundee United for the 2022-23 season.
QuinnBet’s online casino arm QuinnCasino will feature on the men’s first team home and away kits, as well as branding at the club’s home ground, Tannadice.
Under the remit of the deal, QuinnCasino will also support Dundee United’s Community Sports Trust work, promoting education and awareness around responsible gambling.
Additionally, Dundee United supporters will have the opportunity to win match tickets and signed merchandise via partnership activation plans with the operator.
QuinnBet has previously held sponsorship agreements with AFC Bournemouth and fellow Scottish outfit Hibernian FC.
Stephen Kelly, QuinnBet MD, said: “We are delighted that QuinnCasino is becoming a principal partner with Dundee United.
“Like Dundee United, we have big ambitions. Our brands QuinnBet and QuinnCasino are enjoying great support in Scotland, and we are excited to be a part of Dundee United’s journey for the season ahead,” he added.
Elliot Shaw, Dundee United head of commercial, commented: “”We are the first club in Scotland to secure a major agreement with QuinnCasino, and we feel there will be significant benefits for Dundee United and the wider community from this sponsorship.”
The partnership comes ahead of the release of the white paper into the Gambling Act 2005, which could include proposals regarding a ban on gambling firms sponsoring football clubs.
