Playtech integrates fraud detection tool
Supplier to use Featurespace’s machine learning fraud detection platform to spot risks and reduce poor playing experience
Playtech has completed the integration of machine learning fraud detection tools into its Information Management System (IMS) player management platform.
The supplier signed a strategic partnership with Featurespace in 2017 to integrate the system, which allows licensees to identify and reduce fraud.
Featurespace’s adaptive, real-time individual change platform (ARIC) understands each player’s individual behaviour and automatically evaluates risk.
By monitoring player behaviour, the platform identifies fraudulent attacks and reduces the number of incorrectly sanctioned customers which the firm hopes will reduce poor playing experience.
