Penn National to integrate White Hat Gaming online platform
Malta-based supplier will provide its back-end tech across the firm’s online betting and casino products

Penn National has chosen Malta-based White Hat Gaming to power its online player account management (PAM) system in multiple states.
The operator will integrate the system into its Kambi-powered sportsbook back-end ahead of its upcoming multi-state rollout.
A White Hat Gaming statement said the platform was highly-scalable and brought to bear the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
White Hat CEO Phil Gelvan said: “In Penn National, we have found an ideal partner, who share our passion for the consumer gaming experience and are committed to the highest standard of regulation.
“We look forward to partnering with them to build one of the leading businesses in American sports betting and online casino,” Gelvan said.
Penn National VP of strategy and finance Jeff Kaplan said: “We’re proud to be partnering with a leading platform provider like White Hat Gaming.
“The team at White Hat shares our vision for providing a best in class, intuitive product experience for our customers,” he said.
Penn National signed a deal with Kambi in August to provide both retail and online betting products in a number of states, including Iowa and Indiana.
The operator has over 40 gaming facilities across the US.
