
Paysafe bolsters Digital Wallets division senior team
Payments providers taps Barclays and Amazon heads to lead across finance and product verticals


Payments giant Paysafe has made two senior appointments to its Digital Wallets team across finance and product development.
Rachel McShane has joined as the division’s chief financial officer (CFO) while Megan Oxman has taken up the newly created role of SVP new product development.
McShane joins Paysafe from Barclays having joined the banking firm in 2011 and where she most recently served as head of finance. She began her career at KPMG.
Oxman joins from Amazon where she currently serves as head of EU credit payment products. She also spent more than four years with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation across finance roles.
McShane has already begun working within the division while Oxman is set to join on 1 March. The pair will report into Digital Wallets CEO Chirag Patel who joined the company August 2021.

McShane added: “I’m excited to step into the Digital Wallets CFO role and work closely with both Chirag, as well as our group CFO, Izzy Dawood, to help the team execute its strategic plan, accelerate its growth and deliver value for its customers and shareholders.”
Oxman commented: “I can’t wait to work with Chirag and team to deliver new products and services that our customers love.”
