Parimatch Tech appoints sole CEO in management reshuffle
Maksym Liashko to take lead on operations as former co-CEO Roman Syrotian steps into supervisory role

Parimatch Tech has restructured its senior management team which will see co-CEO Maksym Liashko become sole CEO of the firm.
Liashko has served as co-CEO alongside Roman Syrotian since April 2021.
Syrotian will be stepping down to focus his efforts on supervisory board activities.
Elsewhere, Anna Motruk will leave her position as chief financial officer to focus on her duties as deputy CEO.
Former chief revenue officer Evgen Belousov has also been appointed as deputy CEO.
The restructure comes 12 months after the previous shift which saw CEO Sergey Portnov step up to become chair of the company, with Liashko and Syrotian stepping up to become co-CEOs.
The changes come in light of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, a fact the newly arranged senior team referred to in their comments.
Liashko said: “With Roman refocusing all his attention and skills toward the Supervisory Board activities, I am certain that Parimatch Tech will withstand these difficult times and continue to be a successful global business.
“I would also like to congratulate Anna Motruk and Evgen Belousov with their appointments as deputy CEOs. Their skills and knowledge shaped Parimatch Tech into what it is today – a successful international business – so together we will ensure that Parimatch Tech continues to grow and attract success,” he added.
Syrotian commented: “War impacts the fates of people and the fates of companies. The changes in the top management structure and move to the single CEO model will allow us to become even more flexible, speed up the operational and decision-making processes.
“I am confident that Maksym and the team are ready to lead Parimatch Tech during these tough times. I will continue my work in the company in a non-operational role as a member of the supervisory board.”
In light of the war in Ukraine and Russia’s actions, Parimatch Tech ceased its operations in Russia and also paused its marketing efforts with Premier League side Chelsea.
