Parimatch extends Russian esports sponsorship
CIS-focused operator inks agreement with Dota 2 and CS:GO specialists Virtus.pro

Parimatch has put pen to paper on an extension agreement to continue its sponsorship of Russian esports organisation Virtus.pro.
Under the remit of the agreement, Parimatch will support Virtus.pro’s Dota 2 and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) teams, with the operator’s logo featuring on player jerseys.
The pair first joined forces in August 2018 and have worked together on several activations in the past.
Parimatch is expected to continue to tap into Virtus.pro’s roster of esports stars as part of several brand activations over the coming year.
Stepan Shulga, Parimatch head of esports, said: “Virtus.pro is a unique team for us. We have been together from the very beginning when the esports concept was a wonder for the betting industry.”
Sergey Glamazda, Virtus.pro CEO, added: “This year marks three years of our cooperation with Parimatch, and we are glad that all this time we have been walking hand in hand with such a reliable partner.
“We have already implemented many joint projects, and there will be even more in the future. We appreciate Parimatch supports the club’s development and is confident that together we can achieve our goals,” he concluded.
