Paf pins hopes on mobile development
With overseas operators providing increased competition, Paf CEO Anders Ingves backs his firmâs mobile products to differentiate itself
Finnish operator Paf is planning to significantly expand its mobile product range to cement its leading position in the country in the face of fierce competition, group CEO Anders Ingves has said.
Speaking to sister publication eGaming Review, Ingves said the operator could not afford to be embroiled in a marketing war so must look to develop relationships with its customers through providing better experiences.
Paf released its first mobile products in April last year, however they currently remain limited to mobile optimised versions of its current betting and gaming website.
Ingves revealed more products were planned having recorded an increase in mobile revenue over the last year, with further growth expected in the coming years.
These products will be developed both in-house and through external developers, with Paf keen to cater for as many customers as possible through a broader product range.
Its first in-house developed product Friendly Joker Poker was released in November last year and has performed well to date, with Ingves insisting other products the operator plans to release to be of similar quality.
