PA Betting Services acquires Asian horseracing data supplier iRace Media
Singapore-based firm to continue as a standalone company and will provide its Asian market boost to PA Betting Services

PA Betting Services has acquired Singapore-based horseracing data supplier iRace Media. Financial details of the acquisition have not been disclosed by either party.
IRaceMedia provides content and data to several operators in the Asian market, including The Hong Kong Jockey Club, Singapore Pools, 4Racing and Tabcorp.
The supplier specialises in localising and translating its content in each market, with services including form guides and interactive tipping content.
IRaceMedia also publishes iRace, a racing form guide for the Asian market.
This acquisition will allow PA Betting Services to widen its market offering and create a global racing database and a wider distribution network, according to the firm.
IRaceMedia will continue as a standalone business, and current CEO Steve Levar will continue in his role.
Eugene Delaney, director of PA Betting Services, commented: “The combined knowledge and reach of iRace and PA Betting Services will be significant for the industry.
“Not only does it allow us to reach new customers, but it also puts us in a position to offer a whole new range of services for our rightsholder and bookmaker partners,” he added.
Levar added: “We are thrilled to embark on this journey with PA Betting Services.
“Through this acquisition, both companies will benefit from shared resources, expanded R&D capabilities, and a broader talent pool, enabling the development of racing solutions which will transform the racing landscape and create new growth opportunities.”
This latest acquisition follows on from a number of agreements that PA has made this year. The firm currently has deals in place with Betsson, Flutter Entertainment, William Hill, Smarkets, DAZN Bet, talkSPORT Bet, Oddschecker and 10Bet.
