OLBG ramps up casino output with new slots interview series
Sports betting affiliate bolsters its stance in the online casino space with new series spearheaded by slots veteran Chris Taylor

OLBG has ramped up its online casino content via its interview series focusing on online slot game production led by former Online-Slot.co.uk CEO Chris Taylor.
The series features interviews with slot game creators from multiple studios from across industry such as Pragmatic Play, Nolimit City, Push Gaming and 4ThePlayer.
Guests so far have included Nolimit City head of product Per Lindheimer and Push Gaming studio head Amit Samji.
Creatives from Relax Gaming and Print Studios are also set to appear in the series in the near future.
The affiliate said the new interview series marks a “natural progression of OLBG’s internal content strategy in the slots vertical”, allowing it to further explore the industry’s latest trends.
The series is being headed up by OLBG’s head of slots Chris Taylor, who took up the role back in April.
Taylor has amassed more than 20 years’ experience in the casino affiliate sector prior to joining OLBG.
Most notably, Taylor founded casino review site Online-Slot.co.uk in March 2011, before selling the brand to Time2play Media (formerly KaFe Rocks) in February 2020.
Taylor would serve as the site’s manager until March 2024 before making the move to OLBG. Time2play Media was snapped up by Gentoo Media in December 2023 for €35m.
His previous experience includes a three-year stint as casino affiliate director at Ihre Consulting from October 2012 to April 2015, and two years as head of affiliates at Mansion between 2005 and 2007.
Speaking about the new series, Taylor said: “One of the best things about the gaming industry is the willingness to share best practice, because igaming isn’t just a job for so many of us – it’s a passion.
“The stories told so far have also put paid to the outdated view that there is a lack of innovation in online slots, with every company striving to make their mark in a unique way.
“Our slots series aims to bring players one step closer to studios with a chance to understand the process behind what goes into creating some of their favourite games,” he added.
Last month, an OLBG-commissioned survey carried out by YouGov claimed that three quarters of Britons back a ban on MPs betting on politics following the Gamblegate scandal that engulf the general election earlier this year.
