Oddschecker launches new US racing brand
Affiliate media business makes US push as former Australia marketing manager Sam Eaton takes US marketing chief role

Oddschecker Global Media has launched new racing affiliate site RacingPicks in the US as part of a renewed push in the States.
The affiliate firm will partner with high-profile US racing analysts Matt Bernier and Andrew Champagne to provide tips and insight into major stakes races.
The move follows former Oddschecker country marketing manager for Australia Sam Eaton being promoted to head of marketing for the US in April after Oddschecker closed down its Australian business.
Eaton said: “RacingPicks has been created with the aim of providing bespoke content and value to horseracing fans of all levels, whether you’ve been part of the community for decades or only recently had your interest piqued.
“We’ve partnered with some of the largest bookmakers in the US and we’re delighted to be getting more involved in what is an extremely exciting future for racing in this country,” he added.
The site took four months to develop as the firm has prioritised strengthening its US business, particularly during the Covid-19 downtime.
Oddschecker launched a bet stimulation website last September aimed at US bettors called Statschecker.
The US business is being led by former Catena Media head of publishing Nick Wilby, who has been with Oddschecker since March 2019.
