Mindway AI names new head of technology
Safer gambling firm bolsters senior team with addition of financial crime expert Jesper Blach Graversen

Mindway AI has appointed experienced financial crime data expert Jesper Blach Graversen as its new head of technology.
Blach Graversen joins the safer gambling firm after more than two years with Danish financial services firm Lunar.
Blach Graversen spent time across Lunar’s financial crime prevention division during his spell with the company.
He also spent more than four years with fellow Danish firm Intrum, a credit management services company, across its software and backend development arms.
Speaking on his move to Mindway AI, Blach Graversen reflected on his time with Lunar before touching on his hopes for his new career in the industry.
He said: “After a little more than two eventful and especially educational years at Lunar it was time for me to try something new.
“Lunar is a great place to work, and I will for sure miss the awesome tech, my colleagues and not least the culture.
“This month I started as head of tech at Mindway AI, where we use data to detect and enable pre-emptive measures against irresponsible gambling. I’m excited to start this new mission and believe it’s an important one,” Blach Graversen added.
Mindway AI uses AI tech to identify and tackle harmful gambling. Better Collective owns a 90% stake in the firm.
