
Mindway AI adds industry veteran to its board of directors
Former Kindred and Better Collective strategist Britt Boeskov becomes latest to join the board at responsible gambling outfit

Responsible gaming tool Mindway AI has appointed Britt Boeskov to its board of directors.
Boeskov, who spent 17 years at Kindred Group in various roles, has joined the board at the Danish firm, which is majority-owned by Better Collective A/S.
The company focuses on creating advanced technology that detects and monitors at-risk problem gamblers.
Boeskov joins having been SVP of strategy at Better Collective for seven months between March 2022 and September 2022.
Her roles at Kindred prior to that included chief programme officer and chief experience officer.
As well as Mindway AI, Boeskov also serves as a non-executive director for GAMING1 and independent non-executive director of Racecourse Media Group.
She joins the board of directors that consists of Better Collective’s CFO Flemming Pedersen as chair, Mindway AI founder Kim Mouridsen, former director general at the Danish Gambling Authority Birgitte Sand and founder of B2B publication Gaming In Holland Willem van Oort.

Kjaergaard elaborated on how Boeskov’s arrival will help the company as it looks to future growth, adding: “In 2023, we will be expanding our organisation and growing our markets both inside and outside of Europe, and we will furthermore be focused on strengthening our industry partnerships. Britt Boeskov will no doubt be a valued advisor in this process.”
On her appointment to the board, Boeskov said: “I’m excited to join Mindway AI’s board of directors and offer my experience with strategy and sustainable gambling implementation from my many years in the industry.
“The sustainable gambling agenda is really important to me personally, and I’m a firm believer in the power of data and technology for prevention, detection and intervention purposes.”
Mindway AI’s solutions are reported to detect more than six million active players monthly and are available in 13 different languages.
In September, Mindway AI teamed up with Better Change and Gordon Moody to create a network that will create a platform for operators to provide information to their staff.
