Marc Thomas joins Propus Partners

Former Hills and Betfair exec teams up with Mark Israney at operational consultancy firm

Propus Partners, the gambling operational consultancy spin-off from Regulus Partners, has named former William Hill and Betfair exec Marc Thomas as a partner.

Thomas joins from SIS where he spent three years as head of product.

Prior to that he oversaw product management at Sportingbet for almost five years, after spells at William Hill, Betfair and 888.

“Marc brings a huge level of expertise to the partnership,” Mark Israney, founding partner of Propus said.

“His wealth of experience in product management and marketing among others, will expand the professional services that Propus can offer to new and existing clients.”

“Throughout Marc’s career, he has also built up a huge level of experience within trading, marketing, operations and media relations.”

Thomas will join Israney at Propus, which was launched back in August to provide operations-level consulting and business support to the sector.

Thomas added: “I’m really excited to be joining Propus and looking forward to working with Mark again.

“The gambling market, as always, is a hugely innovative and exciting space and I think Propus is in prime position to provide advice and services to existing operators, new entrants to the market and the supplier community.”
