Marathonbet names new CEO
EGR Intel understands the operator’s head of finance Natalia Zavodnik has replaced Viktor Hoffmann

Marathonbet has named its head of finance and deputy CEO, Natalia Zavodnik, as the firm’s new CEO following the departure of Viktor Hoffmann, EGR Intel has learned.
Zavodnik, who has been with Marathonbet servicingcompany Panserve since 2003, started the new role last month.
She replaces Viktor Hoffmann, who left the operator to become CMO at Gibraltar-based gaming start-up Addison Global, after 17 months in the role.
“Natalia, who has a wealth of experience in the online gaming sector and more than 15 years’ service to the group, takes over following Viktor Hoffmann’s resignation,” the operator told staff in an internal memo.
“The business reluctantly accepted Viktor’s resignation for personal reasons, but extends its sincere thanks for his expertise and vision during more than a year at the helm.”
Zavodnik has Russian roots, having studied at the Moscow Aviation Institute, while Marathonbet is also well known for its extensive Russian roots.
