Lottoland hires new VP of UK and Ireland from Kindred Group
Mike Kirwan joins Gibraltar-based firm to lead UK and Ireland operations following senior marketing stints with 32Red and Mansion

Lottoland has appointed marketing expert Mike Kirwan as its new VP of UK and Ireland.
Kirwan joins the bet-on-lotteries operator from Kindred Group where he has served as head of UK customer marketing since May 2019.
Kirwan was previously at 32Red as director of CRM, and also spent more than eight years with Mansion Group, culminating in his position as director of retention and conversion marketing.
In his role of VP of UK and Ireland, Kirwan will be leading strategic and commercial operations for Lottoland in the region.
EGR understands Kirwan will manage a small team with a focus on developing a localised approach to Lottoland’s gaming proposition.
He assumed the role on 25 April and will be based in Gibraltar. He will report into Lottoland COO Matt Robinson.
Speaking to EGR, Kirwan said: “I’m thrilled to be joining the Lottoland team. Over the years I have watched how the business has grown and developed a complete gaming and betting proposition that can meet all of the UK and Ireland customers’ needs.
“I really admire what they have achieved and I’m looking forward to meeting the teams and getting settled in,” he added.
Nigel Birrell, Lottoland CEO, commented: “We’re pleased to have Mike on board to lead our UK and Irish division, and have no doubt that he will be an invaluable addition to the team.
“Mike brings with him a wealth of experience that will enable us to build on the foundations we have already built, as we continue to grow and expand the business.”
