LiveScore Group promotes from within for new chief of staff
Experienced industry stalwart Dave Watkins moves into role after nearly five years with firm

LiveScore Group has promoted Dave Watkins to become the firm’s new chief of staff.
Watkins moves into the role after nearly three years as LiveScore Group’s chief business development officer.
He also spent just under two years as sales director when he initially joined the firm in April 2018.
Watkins will continue to be based out of LiveScore Group’s London office.
Watkins’ time with LiveScore Group is not his only experience in the igaming space.
Prior to moving to the Sam Sadi-led firm, he spent seven years at Genius Sports in several roles, including as sales director and commercial manager.
Watkins also spent six years at Oddschecker as an account manager and commercial manager between May 2005 and April 2011.
This is the latest hire from LiveScore Group, following the appointment of long-term Gamesys head Louis Burrows as the firm’s new director of casino at the end of September.
Burrows spent more than a decade at Gamesys and now leads LiveScore Group’s B2C operations: LiveScore Bet and Virgin Bet.
In the latest EGR Intel magazine, Sadi spoke about how the firm developed since its demerger from Gamesys Group three years ago.
