
LeoVegas promotes from within for new head of data and analytics
Mark Pace steps into new role after almost five years at Stockholm-listed operator

LeoVegas has promoted its head of business intelligence Mark Pace to head of data and analytics.
Pace, a 12-year industry veteran, started at the Stockholm-listed company as a business analyst in November 2017.
Pace was promoted to senior business analyst at LeoVegas in September 2019 before becoming head of business intelligence in November 2020.
Pace’s first step into igaming came at German sports betting firm mybet where he joined as a junior sports trader in December 2011.
He worked his way through the trading department becoming senior sports trader and team leader in September 2013, holding the position until February 2017.
Having left the industry for eight months, working as a trading analyst for ROKSOL Ltd, he joined LeoVegas, where has been based in Malta ever since.
In July, the latest figures from Online Gambling Quarterly revealed that LeoVegas had the biggest leap in share price (58%) of online gambling operators and service providers during the second quarter of the month.
