
LeoVegas adopts gamification platform for personalised promotions
Swedish operator partners with CompetitionLabs to use player data in generating unique promotions


LeoVegas has launched new gamification functions to power real-time tournaments and achievements based on player data, EGR Intel has learned.
The tools are powered by the CompetitionLabs platform which uses data to draw up unique and personalised promotions and gamification features for players.
The platform generates tournaments, missions, achievements and insights for LeoVegas casino brands.
LeoVegas CRM operations manager Moritz Stragholz said the tool kit would expand the operator’s in-house capabilities for innovative customer engagement.
“Being able to leverage our full game portfolio and its data for cross-product and cross-provider promotions has achieved positive uplift from our first promotion,” Stragholz said.
Last week Betsson revealed it had also adopted CompetitionLabs’ software to launch its own gamified promotions.
