
Ladbrokes puts responsible gambling at centre of SPFL sponsorship
All 12 Scottish Premiership clubs will print the Senet Group’s “When the Fun Stops, Stop” slogan on their jerseys from next season


The Senet Group’s responsible gambling slogan “When the Fun Stops, Stop” will be printed onto the shirts of Scottish top-flight football teams from the start of the 2019-20 football season.
The safer gambling message will run across the kits of all 12 Scottish Premiership (SPFL) clubs after the league signed an agreement with corporate sponsors Ladbrokes today.
Senet Group slogans will also appear in all match programmes, on LED sponsor boards and on press conference interview backdrops.
Senet Group chair Gillian Wilmot said: “The When the Fun Stops, Stop campaign has proven its ability to connect meaningfully with players and to help tackle problem gambling.
“Since its launch in 2015, the campaign has reached an estimated 82% of regular UK gamblers, with 33%, or five million adults confirming that it has helped them gamble more responsibly.”
“The decision by Ladbrokes and the SPFL to use our campaign materials is a great endorsement of the work we do to engage with players through positive and engaging messaging.”
Sky Bet agreed a similar deal with all 72 English Football League clubs this season.
