Ladbrokes adds Irish sporting duo to brand ambassador team
Former footballer Kevin Doyle and former rugby player Stephen Ferris join the bookmaker’s growing band of experts

Ladbrokes has added footballer Kevin Doyle and rugby player Stephen Ferris to its growing list of Irish brand ambassadors.
Doyle, a former Republic of Ireland and Wolves striker, and Ferris, a former Ulster, Ireland and Lions backrow, will represent the brand this year alongside boxer Jason Quigley and jockey Paul Townend.
The all-Irish team, who got together for a photoshoot on Grafton Street in Dublin this weekend, will work together on promoting football, rugby, boxing and horseracing for Ladbrokes.

All four will be tasked with bringing customers onboard through weekly blogs, social media posts and personal appearances, where they will share their insights on upcoming fixtures.
Nicola McGeady, head of racing PR at Ladbrokes, said: “This is a thrilling move and we’re relishing what they will bring to the Ladbrokes brand.
“Each of these stars had uncompromising attitudes in their sports and I’m sure they won’t pull any punches in their opinions,” she added.
