Kindred Group names new chief HR officer
Ex-PepsiCo head Rachel Randle-Williams steps up to senior leadership team to oversee human resources strategy for operator

Kindred Group has promoted Rachel Randle-Williams to become the Swedish operator’s new chief HR officer (CHRO) as the firm continues to add to its senior team.
Randle-Williams joined Kindred in January 2019 as the group’s director of organisation effectiveness.
In this role, Randle-Williams led across workforce planning, HR business partnering and professional development.
She will now step up to C-level to oversee the group’s HR strategy and development for more than 2,000 staff across 15 offices.
Randle-Williams posts a strong CV across HR divisions, having previously worked with PepsiCo and Vodafone in a series of senior roles before joining the igaming industry.
The people specialist replaces former CHRO Gavin Hayward, who originally joined Kindred’s Unibet brand as head of HR in June 2012.
She becomes the second woman to be named in Kindred’s C-suite, joining chief marketing officer Elen Barber.
Earlier this month, EGR spoke to Kindred and several other industry firms regarding HR strategies around their staff’s mental health.
Elsewhere, Kindred recently announced the formation of its nomination committee for its upcoming AGM.
