Kindred Group director of UX departs after more than eight years
Christopher Parmenter reveals he is looking for a new challenge after lengthy spell with Stockholm-listed business across four positions

Kindred Group’s director of UX, Christopher Parmenter, has departed the Unibet parent company after more than eight years of service.
Parmenter originally joined the business as a senior UI designer in May 2016 from City AM before being named head of UI design in May 2018.
He stepped up to become head of product design in July 2021, followed in October 2023 by a promotion to director of UX.
In this role, Parmenter headed up a global UX team across eight countries, leading on various projects and initiatives to develop Kindred’s user experience.
He also played a role in collaborating with other senior tech directors within the business to define and push a technology strategy across multiple brands within the Kindred Group portfolio.
Parmenter confirmed he was now on the hunt for a “new challenge” as he thanked colleagues both past and present for their efforts during his time with the business.
Taking to LinkedIn, Parmenter said: “After more than eight amazing years at Kindred Group, during which I had the privilege of being part of both the business and the UX team’s growth, I am now seeking a new challenge.
“A huge thank you to everyone who made my journey such an incredible experience – from teamwork to personal growth and helping to take Kindred Group to the next level – it’s been a pleasure.
“I am extremely proud of the team we built, which consistently delivered in a complex, highly regulated and challenging industry.
“Over the past several years, the team has matured into a more effective, value-driven unit, and I’m grateful to have been a part of that evolution.”
In other Kindred Group news, La Française des Jeux’s (FDJ) €2.5bn move for the operator was confirmed last week.
The transaction will usher in one of Europe’s three largest betting and gaming companies and significantly shake up the existing structure of FDJ’s business model.
