KamaGames moves into slots
Social casino developer, best known for poker and table games, integrates first slots titles

Kama Games has launched slot games for the first time, after integrating slots into its flagship Pokerist title.
The Dublin-based developer said the launch would enable it to target a new audience, with slots players around 39% – 44% female compared to around 15-20% for the poker playing audience.
“Our goal this year is to take a number of substantial steps towards becoming the operator with the most diverse and most comprehensive portfolio of social casino games on mobile,” said KamaGames MD Andrey Kuznetsov.
“As a company, we have already achieved success with our leading 3D casino games, however, the slot-playing audience was still an untapped market segment for us.”
The firm said it would add new slots to Pokerist every month.
Kuznetsov added: “A recent report from Newzoo has shown that slots are considered to be one of the top casino game genres. Social casino players in countries such as the US and Australia favorited slots by 31% and 33% respectively and so this latest step was completely logical for us as we look to grow our already significant player base.”
The slots launch is the second major announcement from Kama in the last month after the firm’s games went live on Facebook’s social games platform.
