Kaizen Gaming promotes from within to fill COO role
Stoiximan and Betano parent company selects incumbent CTO Aris Dimarakis to assume executive position

Kaizen Gaming has appointed current chief technology officer (CTO) Aris Dimarakis as the group’s new chief operating officer (COO).
Dimarakis has served as Kaizen Gaming CTO since December 2008 having joined the operator from HyperTech, where he served as IT manager from March 2007 until his departure.
Dimarakis will be responsible for overseeing group operations in his new position, including managing the trading and quality assurance verticals.
EGR understands that there will be no immediate replacement for Dimarakis as CTO, with the COO continuing to manage the technology division under his new remit.
Dimarakis assumed the role of COO on 1 September and will be based in the Greek capital of Athens. He will report into Kaizen Gaming CEO George Daskalakis.
Speaking to EGR, Dimarakis said: “I feel absolutely excited about my new role and responsibilities. Above all, I am grateful to all Kaizeners out there for their support in making it possible for me to continue growing as a professional and as a person.
“A new chapter, with many challenges, and my commitment stands the same: hard work. After all, the harder you work, the luckier you get,” he added.
