InTouch Games surrenders UK licences
Maligned operator confirms websites are no longer in use as it assures customers’ balances remain protected

InTouch Games has surrendered its UK licence with immediate effect following a licence suspension earlier this month.
A statement on a slew of the operator’s websites, including Mr Spin and PocketWin, confirmed the decision.
A yellow banner placed at the top of each site reads: “We regret to inform you that we have taken the difficult decision to surrender our licence with immediate effect and you will no longer be able to deposit and use our services.
“Please be assured that any outstanding balances on your account will remain protected and available to be withdrawn in accordance with our terms and conditions.
“You can find further details of how to withdraw your funds by logging in to your account. If you have any queries relating to our surrender you can direct these to our customer support team by using the support section of the website.”
The operator had its three UK licences suspended earlier this month, including casino, bingo and gambling software, as the Gambling Commission launched a review into the business.
The regulator had previously handed the Birmingham-based business a £6.1m fine in January over social responsibility and anti-money laundering (AML) failures.
In 2021, the firm was handed a £3.4m fine for similar failings as well as marketing shortcomings, while in 2019 it paid a £2.2m settlement to the GC.
