Interwetten releases overhauled sports betting app
Interwetten Sports among several changes including redesigned landing page and upgraded cash-out feature

European operator Interwetten has launched a new online sports betting app for iOS devices as part of an increased focus on product innovation in the sports betting sector.
The new Interwetten Sports app aims to provide a clear odds display, statistics and access to live streams.
It features a new optimised cash-out mechanism, under which cash-out availability has been significantly increased, and higher cash-out amounts for bettors.
The app features a new ‘My bets’ section, allowing players to access cash-out bets, current score bets, live bets and recently settled bets through a single API.
In addition, the front and live pages have been redesigned, aiming to offer clearly arranged odds and uncomplicated betting for players by solely displaying games current score and the most important game details.
Interwetten head of product management, CRM and content Mario Bilic said the operator was aiming to offer its customers a “smooth and uncomplicated” gaming experience.
“The design and clarity of our offers plays a very important role in this respect. Product development never stops,” said Bilic.
“The technical possibilities as well as the needs and the usage behaviour of our customers are constantly developing. We want to be the ones who recognise and promote these developments as soon as possible and set benchmarks,” he added.
Interwetten’s Bet Assist programme, which is currently accessible on football betting, has now been extended to include tennis and basketball data.
This programme allows bettors to call up current statistics before and during a game using live data with just one click.
Speaking about the new features and app developments, Interwetten CEO Dominik Beier hailed 2020 as the “year of product innovation” for the Austria-headquartered operator.
“We want to use our flexibility to be a first mover in the industry, to continuously develop our product and to react quickly to the needs of our customers,” said Beier.
