Ingenuity Gaming lands ex-Entain and Light & Wonder duo as part of C-suite revamp
Supplier confirms the arrival of Mark McGinley and Paul Kiruvanayagam as part of its plans for further growth

India-headquartered supplier Ingenuity Gaming has appointed former Entain head Mark McGinley as chief gaming officer as part of a senior management refresh.
McGinley joins the supplier having departed Yggdrasil in April where he served as chief product officer since November 2023. He originally joined the company in May 2023 as chief gaming officer.
From May 2022 to May 2023, McGinley was CEO of FunFair Games, dividing his time between the firm’s London and Gibraltar offices. He also spent seven months as Entain’s director of game studios.
Taking to LinkedIn, McGinley said: “I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Sidharth Swarup and Anant Swarup for entrusting me with this role.
“Their vision and ambition were a key driver in me joining the company. Their leadership have shaped Ingenuity Gaming into the remarkable organisation it is today.”
Meanwhile, Paul Kiruvanayagam has been named as the company’s new chief technology officer (CTO), calling time on his 17 month-reign as global head of engineering for Legend.
Kiruvanayagam has spells with other suppliers under his belt, including just under five years at Light & Wonder between January 2018 and December 2022 during which time he arrived as director of engineering and was promoted to VP of engineering in September 2021.
He also worked his way up the ranks at OpenBet between July 2009 and January 2018. Kiruvanayagam’s first position came as development team lead for casino games with the supplier, before being promoted to technical delivery manager in July 2011 and finally leaving as head of casino engineering, a title he held for over three-and-a-half years.
Confirming the arrivals of both McGinley and Kiruvanayagam, Ingenuity Gaming said: “We are delighted to announce the addition of two highly esteemed professionals to our executive team. Mark McGinley has joined us as our new chief gaming officer, bringing with him extensive industry knowledge and experience that will be instrumental in advancing our gaming division.
“Additionally, Paul Kiruvanayagam has been appointed as chief technology officer, and his profound expertise in technology will significantly enhance our technical capabilities.”
The firm added: “These appointments are a testament to our ambitious plans to grow and scale Ingenuity Gaming further. We believe the inclusion of Mark and Paul in our executive team reinforces our unwavering commitment to delivering the highest quality of service in the industry. In the coming days and weeks, we look forward to formally introducing both to our valued customers and partners.
“We are confident that their contributions will greatly enrich the premium services and expertise that Ingenuity Gaming is known for. As we embark on this next chapter, we are excited about the promising times ahead and the continued success we will achieve together.”
