Industry’s women-only executive network reaches landmark membership figure
SheEOs in Gaming hits 100 members after being founded in 2020 as group puts out the call for more execs to join its ranks

SheEOs in Gaming, an industry networking group for female CEOs and executives, has reached its 100-person membership milestone.
The group was founded in 2020 by All-in Diversity Project co-founder Kelly Kehn and conference organiser River City Group founder Sue Schneider.
Originally established as a virtual network during Covid-19, the group has grown over the past four years to boast members across Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas.
The group’s MO is to develop a “supportive and collaborative network for female leaders in gaming” which in turn will lead to an “environment that encourages mentorship, knowledge sharing and the advancement of women within the industry”.
Members of SheEOs in Gaming include BeyondPlay CEO Karolina Pelc and Golden Whale founder Claudia Heiling.
The network confirmed that it is continuing to seek out other senior female execs within the industry to join the ranks.
Women with key positions including founders, MDs, executive directors, GMs, presidents, CEOs or chairs are being welcomed into the group.
Kehn said: “We started the group in 2020 to offer the opportunity to connect during a very isolating time.
“We started with about 30 members from our personal networks and didn’t even have a name. Since then, the group has grown to 100 CEOs and leaders from around the world and from all industry sectors. We don’t advertise the group, we grow through member referrals. It’s a pretty special place.”
Schneider added: “In the early days of the industry, there were very few women in top positions in gaming companies or founding new businesses. ‘Lady bosses’ were few and far between.
“In the past few years, we began to see more women achieve those titles or found gaming companies, so it made sense to martial their collective strength. This opportunity to share experiences and insights that support each other and move the industry forward is critical.”
