IGP bolsters C-suite with former Soft2Bet and Kambi heads added as CCO and CMO
Supplier taps Inesa Glazaite and Michael Baker-Mosley to join the group’s restructured senior team following chief product appointment at the start of the year

IGaming Platform (iGP) has bolstered its C-suite with the dual appointment of Inesa Glazaite as chief commercial officer (CCO) and Michael Baker-Mosley as chief marketing officer (CMO).
The supplier has drafted in the experienced duo to provide further support to CEO Giovanni Paticchio, with the hirings augmenting the addition of chief product officer Dirk Camilleri earlier this month.
Glazaite joins the business after 13 months with fellow supplier Eeze in Malta, where she served as commercial director.
Glazaite also counts a spell as senior sales director at Delasport and a head of sales role with Soft2Bet on her industry CV.
As CCO, Glazaite will be responsible for developing iGP’s “long-term commercial strategy”, as well as exploring potential M&A opportunities for the business.
Baker-Mosley links up with the firm after a brief stint outside of the industry with office retailer EO Group as group marketing director.
The new CMO previously spent five years with Kambi between June 2018 and May 2023, initially joining as a B2B brand marketing manager.
Baker-Mosley was then promoted to senior brand marketing and communications manager in September 2020 before stepping up to become head of brand marketing in January 2022.
Paticchio, iGP CEO, said: “I am confident both Inesa and Michael will bring great enthusiasm to their respective roles and help drive the company forward.
“2024 and 2025 are pivotal years for iGP and now we have the leadership team in place I am even more confident that iGP will emerge as a leading brand within the industry.”
Speaking on his arrival, Baker-Mosley added: “IGP has everything in place to become a global leader within the industry. We have great products, great core technology and a hungry culture with brilliant people. I’m excited to begin building this brand, showcasing to operators the value we can bring.”
Glazaite commented: “IGP is perfectly poised for growth and I’m looking forward to working with current and future iGP partners to support them reach their igaming ambitions. I’m looking forward to meeting them at ICE as we drive their respective businesses forward.”
