
Green Jade Games and GameCo merge to create new supplier
Studios join forces to launch Green Jade Group as enlarged business aims to develop “next generation” of igaming content


Green Jade Games has merged with supplier GameCo to create to a new entity that is set to tackle markets on both sides of the Atlantic.
The merger will see the pair combine to create Green Jade Group, which will continue to build out its portfolio of slots, table games, crash games and arcade games.
The combined entity now boasts five internal game production teams as well as its own propriety remote gaming server.
Additionally, Green Jade Group holds five aggregator integrations agreements in place allowing it access to more than 600 casinos.
Green Jade Group will be led by former Mr Green CEO and Green Jade Games chair Jesper Kärrbrink as CEO, with Robert Montgomery serving as chair, replicating his role with GameCo.
Elsewhere, current Green Jade Games MD Benedict McDonagh will transition to become chief operating officer of the combined entity, with a focus on the European side of the business.
Chief commercial officer Mark Taffler is set to reprise his role with the combined group.

Montgomery added: “Green Jade and GameCo are together a great strategic fit. Both companies have respectively trailblazed a new way of looking at casino games and have established a strong reputation for producing really amazing content.”
